Phoenix Contact: Zero-Cut Block for DIN Rail Cutters - Fast and Precise Cuts for DIN Rail Perforation Alignment

Phoenix Contact’s new zero-cut block optimizes tedious measuring when aligning perforation holes in DIN rail.

The accessory to the DIN rail cutters enables quick, repeatable cuts, reducing errors and waste and saving time.

An adjustable slide makes it easy to set zero-cut conditions for a fast, efficient cutting process. The adapter is designed for perforated DIN rail types NS 35/7,5, NS 35/15, and NS 15.

The zero-cut block has a cylindrical pin and magnet for a secure hold. It is fully compatible with Phoenix Contact’s PPS profile cutters, ensuring seamless integration into existing systems. The block helps to always cut the perforated DIN rails at the same position, creating a uniform hole pattern for mounting.
