Introducing the 1481SDH Series Deep Hinged HMI Cover Kits from Hammond Manufacturing. These extra deep kits are designed to provide protection and easy access to components and equipment installed inside an enclosure, with your choice of 14 gauge mild steel or 316L stainless steel frames. These HMI cover kits maintain the environmental protection levels of enclosures; the painted mild steel maintains Type 4 and 12, while stainless steel maintains Type 4, 4X and 12.

  • 2.5 inches of extra usable depth
  • Oil resistant neoprene gasket ensures a watertight seal.

nVent Unveils UL Listed RAYCHEM Heat Tracing Controllers

nVent Electric plc recently announced the launch of two new c-UL-us Listed, modernized heat tracing controllers for fire protection piping and other critical heat tracing applications. The nVent RAYCHEM 465 controller is optimized for fire sprinkler and fire suppression systems, while the nVent RAYCHEM 460 controller is tailored for pipe freeze protection and flow maintenance applications.

The universal input on these transformers provides eleven different voltage options that are easily configurable using simple quick-connect jumpers. The primary side can be configured for 208, 230, 380, 400, 420, 440, 460, 480, 500, 525, or 550 VAC with 115/230 VAC on the secondary. Rated at 50/60 Hz, they offer an electrostatic shield for noise reduction and IP20 finger-safe terminal connections.
