Amphenol TPC Wire & Cable: New Trex-Onics High Flex CC-Link Cable

Amphenol TPC Wire & Cable proudly announces a new product for its line of bus and data cables: Trex-Onics High Flex CC-Link Cable. This cable is designed for Control and Communications Link (CC-Link) controllers.

Travis Lord, Manager of Product Marketing, states, “Our all-new Trex-Onics High Flex CC-Link Cable is designed for CC-Link controllers that facilitate high-speed communication between controllers and field devices. This cable is ideal for these applications where a more robust cable is needed, and our construction provides excellent protection from electromagnetic and radio frequency interference.” 

Trex-Onics High Flex CC-Link Cable Key Features and Specifications:

  • Finely Stranded Bare Copper Conductors -Fine stranding improves flex-life and reduces conductor fatigue and breakage.
  • XLPE Insulation System: CC-Link Triplet -High dielectric, tensile, and mechanical properties. Designed to support the electrical characteristics required for CC-Link cabling.
  • Aluminum/Polyester Foil Shielded Triplet -Provides 100% protection against EM and RF interference.
  • Overall Tinned Copper Braid Shield -Provides 100% protection against EM and RF interference and a low impedance path to ground.
  • Specially Compounded Security Yellow TPU Jacket -Offers superior first-line defense against tearing, abrasion, impact, oil, ozone, UV exposure, and most chemicals. Flame and heat-resistant. Extreme all-weather flexibility.
