LUTZE: New Bus Coupler for Load Monitoring

The new bus couplers by LÜTZE not only operate the electronic LCOS load monitoring, but also the LOCC-Box Net components that have been successful for many years. PROFINET-IO, EtherCAT and Ethernet IP are available as compatible bus interfaces. Remote diagnosis via TCP/IP is possible round the clock via a separate Ethernet interface.

Core benefits of the new LÜTZE LCOS CCI series include a feed with two electrically insulated RJ45 female connectors, an electrically insulated DC 24V supply and 2 configuration interfaces on the bus such as website and USB. Connected configurations are automatically imported. Up to 64 participants and/or up to 80 external LOCC-Box Net modules can be switched on the bus in line. The USB communication is supplied using USB specification 2.0 with 480 Mbit/s (USB-High-Speed). There are LED status displays for power, run and status, as well as other states.

AutomationDirect: More Quabbin Control and Signal Cable

AutomationDirect has added more control and signal cables from Quabbin.  These signal cables are available in shielded or unshielded versions, with conductor sizes from 24AWG to 16AWG, and with various conductor counts ranging from 2 to 25 conductors depending on cable size. Twisted pair or twisted triad options are also available. Individual conductors are stranded tinned copper with color-coded insulation for easy identification; all cables include a PVC chrome gray jacket.

AutomationDirect: New LUTZE Type HAR/MTW Wire

AutomationDirect has added 300V to 750V rated LUTZE Type HAR/MTW (Harmonized European Standard / Machine Tool Wire) wire that meets National Electrical Code (NEC) and NFPA Standard 79 requirements and is commonly used for appliance wiring, control cabinets, and machine tool applications in Europe. These wires consist of a tinned copper single conductor covered with a color-coded polyvinyl chloride (PVC) outer jacket and are available in sizes ranging from 0.75 mm2 (19AWG) to 4.0 mm2 (12 AWG).
