Atom Power has unveiled its second-generation digital circuit breaker, which features proprietary Silicon Carbide (SiC) Power Modules that  doubles the performance as compared to the Generation 1 Atom Switch.

The ASCO Model 310 (DRS Series) Surge Protective Device is designed to be easily installed in power and control panels using standard DIN-rail mounting brackets. The ASCO Model 310 offers 40,000 amps of both normal and common mode surge protection. It's available in single phase, split phase, three phase (3 wires) and three phase (4 wires) configurations.

The new LCOS CC/CCI current controls allow selective safeguarding of individual DC 24 V circuits that each have different shutdown behaviors. In case of an overload or a short in DC 24 V circuits, the LÜTZE current control LCOS CC/CCI only shuts down the faulty current path without impacting on the supply. To meet the various industrial requirements relating to shutdown behavior, the LCOS modules allow five different characteristics to be set via a switch: fast, medium, slow 1, slow 2 and slow 3.

Surges and voltage transients are a major cause of expensive electronic equipment failure and business disruption. Damage may result in the loss of capital outlays, such as computers and communications equipment, as well as consequential loss of revenue and profits due to unscheduled system down-time. nVent ERICO offers multiple series of surge suppressors that provide economical and reliable protection from voltage transients on power distribution systems.

Weidmuller Inc. would like to introduce the VARITECTOR PU AC. Weidmuller is offering a new extensive family of surge protection that is perfectly tailored for use in power systems, whether in machinery, industrial plants, process or railway installations. The powerful and compact VPU AC I and II combi arresters for power feed-in and power distribution enable back-up fuseless operation up to 315 Ampere main fuse value.

Littelfuse, Inc., a global manufacturer of technologies in circuit protection, power control, and sensing, recently announced the expansion of its SPXI series in-line solar fuses to include 35 to 60 amperage models. Designed to integrate into in-line assemblies within a wire harness, these 1500 V DC solar fuses protect photovoltaic (PV) installations from overloads and short circuits to minimize damage to solar panels.

The MISUMI's Temperature Adjuster is a compact multifunctional unit permitting the selection of input types according to the sensor to be used. By operating the front face key of the adjuster, the input types of the thermocouple and temperature measuring resistance can be switched. Also in conformity to "IP66".

FiberSource Active-S App imageActive-S humidity control sheets from FiberSource actively regulate moisture and consistently suppresses and maintains relative humidity with no power source or long-term maintenance.

Eaton's DC/AC inverters include high-efficiency solutions that provide 1800 watt, zero-harmonic outputs from convection cooled, IP67-rated enclosures.

At this year’s Light+Building trade show, Siemens Smart Infrastructure will show the first energy management solution that holistically captures energy data in buildings. It collects data all the way to the final circuit without any additional wiring or space requirements. All electrical data – from the power feed-in to the socket outlet – can then be seamlessly integrated into building management systems and analyzed by cloud-based applications.

The KDL/D cable entry system allows cables to be installed through enclosures or other bulkhead surfaces, with the added benefit that pre-made, terminated cables can be installed without disassembling the connectors. The split-frame system enables the quick and simple installation of up to 48 cables in a single frame. Four frame sizes, starting at $16.00, fit standard cut-out dimensions and provide integrated strain relief. The KLD/D system’s robust multi-part frame design gives better mechanical stability while achieving a high degree of environmental protection.

The multi-part split-frame system clamps together with a grommet block and grommets to provide a high-density cable entry point with an IP65 environmental rating. Small and medium size grommets (from $6.00) accept cable diameters from 0.08 to 0.87 inches (2 to 22mm).
