Polycase Introduces Four More Sizes of HD Series NEMA Polycarbonate Enclosures

Polycase has recently added four new sizes of HD Series NEMA polycarbonate enclosures. The enclosures have been UL certified to meet NEMA 1, 2, 3, 3R, 3RX, 3S, 3SX, 3X, 4, 4X, 5, 6, 6P, 12 & 13 and IP65, IP66, IP67 & IP68 requirements.  New sizes include:

HD-22F: 2.63” x 2.63” x 1.63”

HD-24F: 4.63” x 2.63” x 1.63”

HD-25F: 4.63” x 2.63” x 2.37”

HD-58F: 8.00” x 5.25” x 2.70”

The NEMA 6P enclosure series in now available in nine total sizes. Designed for outdoor use, the enclosures are weatherproof, waterproof and corrosion-resistant featuring a UV-resistant black or gray polycarbonate plastic. The extra deep gasketed cover creates a watertight seal when assembled to the flanged base. The stainless steel screws are hidden when the enclosure is surface mounted, adding security and aesthetics. Internal mounting bosses are molded into the base and cover for quick assembly of a PCB, LCD or optional aluminum mounting panel. The economical HD Series NEMA enclosures can be used as an outdoor junction box or indoor electrical enclosures.  Polycase enclosures can be expertly customized with CNC machining and digital printing.
