In this update of the EPLAN Data Portal, there are now a total of 449 manufacturers and more than 1,450,000 data sets available with the update on June 29, 2023. New catalogs are included from one new manufacturer; Zhejiang Chint Electric Cable Co., Ltd. with 35,052 new data sets for cables. Roger Schroder Promoted as New Operations Manager for Robroy Industries Enclosures Division

Robroy Industries, manufacturers of Stahlin, a major brand of fiberglass electrical and industrial enclosures; and AttaBox, the most durable, extensive family of polycarbonate enclosures, has recently announced that Roger Schroder has been promoted to Operations Manager for the company’s enclosure manufacturing facility in Belding, Michigan.

Recently, Siemens AG has successfully completed the succession process for its top management. As long planned, Roland Busch (56) has succeeded long-serving President and CEO Joe Kaeser (63) as head of the Munich-based technology company. At the company’s virtual Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on February 3, 2021, shareholders also confirmed, by a large majority, Supervisory Board Chairman Jim Hagemann Snabe (55) for another four-year term of office.

Rockwell Automation Names Cyril Perducat as New Chief Technology Officer

Rockwell Automation, Inc., a company dedicated to industrial automation and digital transformation, recently announced that Cyril Perducat has joined the company and will be named senior vice president and Chief Technology Officer on July 1. He will report to Rockwell Chairman and CEO Blake Moret. Perducat joins Rockwell following a 25-year career with Schneider Electric, where he most recently served as executive vice president, Internet of Things and Digital Offers.
