Eaton Completes the Acquisition of Power Distribution, Inc., Expanding Data Center Power Distribution and Monitoring Solutions

Power management company Eaton has recently announced it has completed the acquisition of Power Distribution, Inc. (PDI). 

Headquartered in Richmond, Virginia, PDI is a leading supplier of mission critical power distribution, static switching, and power monitoring equipment and services for data centers and industrial and commercial customers.

“PDI’s highly complementary portfolio will allow us to better serve our data center customers,” said Brian Brickhouse, president, Electrical Sector, Americas region, Eaton. “We are excited to welcome the PDI team to Eaton.”

Rockwell Automation Names Cyril Perducat as New Chief Technology Officer

Rockwell Automation, Inc., a company dedicated to industrial automation and digital transformation, recently announced that Cyril Perducat has joined the company and will be named senior vice president and Chief Technology Officer on July 1. He will report to Rockwell Chairman and CEO Blake Moret. Perducat joins Rockwell following a 25-year career with Schneider Electric, where he most recently served as executive vice president, Internet of Things and Digital Offers.
