TSMC recently announced an additional $3.5 billion capital boost for the project. The TSMC plant in Phoenix is set to become a cornerstone of the semiconductor industry, boosting domestic chip production and reinforcing the United States’ technological independence. This plant is expected to create a significant impact on the local job market and contribute to the growth of the semiconductor industry in the region. The facility is expected to open in 2024. TSMC produces the most advanced processors, including the chips in the latest iPhones, iPads and Macs.

Almost 200 Horton doors play a critical role in ensuring the seamless operation of the TSMC plant.
