Phoenix Contact: Installation Power Distribution (IPD) System

October 14, 2020

Phoenix Contact Installation Power Distribution (IPD) System efficiently and reliably connects push-in terminations through a bulkhead or device enclosure without special tooling. By using panel feed-throughs, devices no longer need to be opened to connect cables. The IPD system combines the bulkhead-mounted base and exterior hood under a single part number. The system requires only an M20 or M25 hole in the device for mounting and seals to IP66/IP68 to protect against high-pressure spray and submersion. IPD is capable of handling up to 20A/600V and offers 2+PE or 4+PE positions with a 20AWG to 14AWG wire range. Phoenix Contact Installation Power Distribution (IPD) System is ideal for the lighting industry, including applications that are primarily non-disconnect.
