Custom Batching Systems Prewired

Sterling Systems & Controls, Inc. is a dealer in custom engineered and manufactured automatic Material Batching and Weighing Systems. These custom batching systems prewired are automatic ingredient batching systems supplied “Prewired” for easier and less costly overall installation.

System wiring can be done to whatever electrical code requirements you might have. If a custom batching system prewired is desired then wire troughs are installed within the mechanical batching and weighing system and wiring between components and system control panels are completed within the wire trough conduits.  The system is shipped in sections and once it is installed onsite, simple electrical connections between the prewired system sections and to the external environment will complete the installation and ready the system for start-up and commissioning.

icotek: Expansion of the KEL-DPZ-KX/KL Cable Entry Plate Series 

KEL-DPZ cable entry plates are designed to route and seal a large number cables without connectors, hoses or fibre optics (from 1.5 mm to 22 mm in diameter) in limited space. The KEL-DPZ products are a cost and time saving alternative to traditional cable glands. The KEL-DPZ-KX/KL (IP65) size was created especially for Rittal KL/KX terminal boxes. It was designed for routing up to 72 cables through the pre-cut standard cut-out. The self-tapping screws required for assembly are included in the scope of delivery.

In this update of the EPLAN Data Portal, there are now a total of 440 manufacturers and more than 1,420,000 data sets available with the May 16, 2023 update. New manufacturer catalogs come from Delta Computer Systems, Inc. with 80 new data sets for cables, converters and PLCs, and OBO BETTERMANN Holding GmbH & Co. KG with 78 new data sets for cable ducts, housing, protection devices and user-defined rail.
