CEMBRE Announces Thermal Transfer Printer for Fast Marking Capability

Markingenius® MG3 has been exclusively designed by Cembre for the identification of conductors and electrical components. Markingenius® MG3 is a high resolution printer based on thermal transfer technology, capable of producing tags for cables, pipes and tubes; terminal block markers and legends and labels for all electrical panels, components and equipment.

The system is composed of a thermal transfer printer, the GENIUSPRO software, and a library of over 10,000 unique labels.The catalog offers long lasting, durable and instantly dry ribbons available in several colors. With no ink required, there is no dry time and no mess to clean up. The proprietary ribbon save technology allows for a zero-waste system design. The thermal transfer printer can print 300,000 tags on a single ribbon (MG-TPMF 4x10mm). It prints 112 4×10 tags in less than 12 seconds.

The GENIUSPRO software has been developed thanks to 15 years of continuous improvement based on customers’ requirements. It can import from 11 different eCAD Softwares and Excel; as well as manage more than 19 languages.
