WAGO: Mini Terminal Block – a Real Space Genius

WAGO’s Mini Terminal Blocks offer several mounting options for exceptional flexibility. They can be mounted directly on a 15 x 5.5 mm DIN-rail or on a mounting plate with a flange or snap-in mounting foot. They are available with two actuation types: Terminal blocks with push-buttons or operating slots–either type allows direct termination via Push-in CAGE CLAMP connections.

Phoenix Contact: Hybrid Device Connectors With Knurled Nut

Phoenix Contact: Hybrid Device Connectors With Knurled Nut

M23 Hybrid series device connectors from Phoenix Contact are now also available with a knurled nut. This enables devices such as servo drives to be connected using either coupler or cable connectors. Inputs and outputs can therefore be clearly distinguished – both visually and mechanically. This increases cabling safety, especially in daisy chain applications.

Beckhoff: EK1101-0010 EtherCAT Coupler With ID Switch, Extended Distance

Beckhoff: EK1101-0010 EtherCAT Coupler With ID Switch, Extended Distance

The EK1101-0010 coupler connects EtherCAT with the EtherCAT Terminals (ELxxxx). A station consists of an EK1101-0010 coupler, any number of EtherCAT Terminals and a bus end cap. The coupler converts the passing telegrams from Ethernet 100BASE-TX to E-bus signal representation. Using the extended distance connection, distances of up to 300 m can be bridged between two Extended Distance Couplers.

HARTING Launches T1 Industrial – the Mating Face for Single Pair Ethernet

HARTING Launches T1 Industrial – the Mating Face for Single Pair Ethernet

HARTING recently announced the launch of the T1 Industrial connector – the standard mating face for Industrial Single Pair Ethernet. The T1 Industrial can accomplish communication across the common industrial Ethernet protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, EtherCAT, and others) with a single twisted pair of wires instead of four or eight wires. This connector utilizes power-over-data-line (PoDL) technology to bring communication, voltage, and amperage needed to power the device.
