CAPAROC, the new electronic circuit breaker system from Phoenix Contact, uses data-driven power modules to customize overcurrent protection. With numerous feed-in power modules, circuit breakers, potential distribution modules, and current rails, CAPAROC makes it easy to design an intelligent system with communication. The power feed-in module, available in status reset or PROFINET versions, is the “brain” of the system.
The Termitrab complete product family from Phoenix Contact features the narrowest protection against overvoltages, with an overall width of just 3.5 mm per protective device. The device dimensions play a key role in measurement and control technology applications. Such applications often require a large number of signals, each needing appropriate protection.
These branch circuit breakers are available in two terminal configurations: standard box terminals that accept multiple conductors and ring-tongue terminals. All breakers mount on standard 35 mm DIN rail. Bus connectors and feeder terminal facilitate mounting and wiring of multiple miniature circuit breaker arrays in control panel assemblies. Breakers can also be reverse feed.
Qualtek Electronics launches tamper-resistant snap-in ac power outlet with IDC terminals
Stocked and ready to ship, the new Danfoss VLT® Soft Starter MCD 600 Enclosed provides a flexible solution to potentially long lead times that are currently seen in the industry.
Rated for outdoor use, the SP50RS Series AC surge protectors from Transtector are designed to protect sensitive electric and electronic equipment from transient voltage.
Mersen has introduced a new surge protective device for residential applications, the Surge-Trap Load Center Series (STLC).
Schneider Electric, a global provider in the digital transformation of energy management and automation, as well as a global provider of circuit breakers, recently announced the launch of its new and improved PowerPacT Molded Case Circuit Breaker (MCCB) series at the 2021 NECA Convention Nashville. The new PowerPacT series focuses on innovative technology designed to meet the needs of Schneider Electric’s customers, offering an improved circuit breaker solution for the future.
Industrial operators can realize cost savings in their applications using the new Allen-Bradley Bulletin 140MT motor protection circuit breakers and circuit protectors, which are available in sizes up to 40 amps. The new Bulletin 140MT products offer enhanced Type F combination motor controller ratings when used with Bulletin 100-C and 100-E contactors, enabling assembled starters to be applied without additional branch circuit protection.
Caparoc is the new individual modular system for overcurrent protection from Phoenix Contact.
With IE’s SmartCenter™ platform and line of integrated smart components the digital mine of the future has arrived today.
Electrical control panels are an integral part of any automated manufacturing process. While control systems are a fundamental aspect of electrical engineering, many people aren’t aware of the key control panel components required to function safely and reliably.
Weidmuller’s TTB measuring transformer terminal block series is a unique systematic offering of modular terminals that meet all the connection requirements of critical transformer (current/voltage) protection and measurement functions. The series is approved according to IEC 60947-7-1 Annex D – safety-relevant components captively connected to the modular terminal block. In addition, North American approvals; such as, UL/CSA (cURus) are available as well.
With the TERMITRAB complete product family from Phoenix Contact, we provide you with the narrowest surge protection for measurement and control technology. With immediate effect, the TTC-6P-4… protective devices for 4-conductor applications can also be used for applications that require test class D1. This applies both for product variants with Push-in connection technology and for products with screw connection.
