WAGO: New 4- and 8-Channel Electronic Circuit Breakers (ECBs) – Configuration, Control and Monitoring for a Large Number of Channels

Six new products are joining WAGO’s selection of ECBs. WAGO’s 4- and 8-channel electronic circuit breakers will soon come equipped with a communication interface. These devices allow a choice among IO-Link, Modbus RTU and Manchester protocol for configuration, control and monitoring. Combining them with a controller makes it possible to read out current values, adjust tripping thresholds, configure behavior in limiting ranges, set an individual pre-warning and switch and reset channels individually.

SCHURTER series DG11 and DG12 with and without mains filter features a first-of-its-kind ingress protection solution for IEC inlets, consisting of a seal gasket between the connector and mating V-Lock power cord. The blue colored latch of the V-Lock power cord and blue inlay of the appliance inlet indicate that the two have been equipped to provide an IP54 rating under load. The unit is screw mounted and rated IP67 between the power entry module and the panel.

The 4230 is a thermal-magnetic Miniature Circuit Breaker (MCB) in an industry standard footprint in accordance with DIN 43880.
