Pepperl+Fuchs: Switch Amplifiers for Multiple Voltage Ranges

Some applications require different supply voltages. What previously had to be solved with several switch amplifiers can now be handled by one single device of the new switch amplifier product family from Pepperl+Fuchs. In mechanical engineering or, for example, for field box installations, users often face the problem that the application requires the use of several switch amplifiers with different power supplies.

Panduit: Improved VeriSafe Absence of Voltage Tester

The new VeriSafe 2.0 Absence of Voltage Tester (AVT) leverages the same test in the existing Verisafe AVT, but with many new features and expanded applications. With the push of a button, workers can quickly determine voltage status and see an active indication when the absence of voltage is confirmed. The automated test minimizes risk by verifying the absence of voltage before equipment is accessed, making it easier for workers to verify an electrically safe work condition.

ABB: Vital Safety Controller

When several safety devices should control the same output, it is quite common to connect them in series. But to reach PL e, serial connection is not possible and each device should have its own safety relay. Vital offers the capability to exclusively control smaller machine safety systems that would otherwise have required a programmable controller or multiple safety relays. With the Vital safety controller, up to 30 safety devices can be connected in series to one Vital and still reach PL e.
