The CAF family is a range of ac axial fans offering frame sizes of 120 mm or 172 mm and airflows from 44.69 to 164.5 CFM. Available with ball bearing or sleeve bearing construction, these ac fan models carry operating voltages from 110 to 125 Vac or 220 to 240 Vac.

Bel Fuse Inc has recently announced that its Signal Transformer division released the expansion to their 3PH Series of Three Phase Dry Type Transformers targeted for use in medical, industrial, lighting, electric vehicle charging and green energy applications. Adaptable to multiple requirements, these rugged isolation transformers are designed and permanently configured for a 3 phase DELTA input and a WYE output. A value-added electrostatic shield (ESS) between input/output windings attenuates line noise by preventing feed-through of undesirable signals and serves as a safety feature in the event of single fault conditions.

OKW has launched a new transparent soft-touch lacquer – enabling designers to specify a ‘velvet’ finish for its plastic enclosures and tuning knobs in any color. The new lacquer is ideal for a wide range of OKW enclosures and potentiometer knobs, notably those used for handheld and wearable electronics. OKW’s soft-touch lacquer was originally available only in a black finish that can be applied directly to the primer. But the new transparent lacquer allows any color beneath it to shine through – offering electronics designers a huge choice of options.
