Allied Moulded Products Have Expanded Their Electrical Enclosure Accessories With New HMI Cover Kits – AMHMI86 and AMHMI66

As of mid-October in 2020, Allied Moulded Products, Inc. had expanded its line of premium enclosure accessories with two additional size HMI cover kits AMHMI86 (8″ x 6″) and AMHMI66 (6” x 6”). HMI cover kits are designed to provide protection for instruments or electronics requiring routine attention or detail. The cover kit features a strong and rigid design, mounting securely to the outside (flat surface) of any enclosure, and makes accessibility to electronic components easy.

With the motor starters of the MOTUS C14 series from Wöhner, short circuits become less scary. If an error occurs, the electronics switch off the motor within a maximum of 10 microseconds. This means that the MOTUS C14 reacts faster than any fuse and this with a low I2t value. By comparison, the reaction time of a conventional fuse-link is about 2,000 microseconds.
