Same Sky’s Interconnect Group has recently announced the expansion of its pogo pins product line with the introduction of 40 new models. The CPG family of pogo pins offers gold plated contacts for high reliability with mating cycle ratings now up to 20,000 cycles. Housed in surface mount, wire mount, and through hole packages, the CPG models feature initial operating forces from 10 up to 125 gf, mid compression operating forces from 15 up to 165 gf, and recommended working heights from 0.5 up to 14.9 mm. These spring loaded pogo pins carry multiple pad layouts and stroke configurations as well as operating temperature ranges from -40 up to 85°C.
A central component of Banner’s Snap Signal portfolio, the DXMR90-X1E Industrial Controller receives signals from sensors and other connected devices through four dedicated Modbus ports. AutomationDirect has added Teknokol Eco series HMI enclosures and suspension arm systems which are designed to work together to provide customized, adjustable HMI panels using a selection of components and cut-to-length arm profiles. These suspension systems allow the HMI to be relocated as needed for better HMI visibility and operator comfort. The medium-duty TK060 series suspension arm system is designed for lighter loads while the TK120 series offers the same design flexibility but is a heavy-duty option for heavier enclosures. Both models use custom-ordered arm profiles that can be ordered precut to fit specific applications.
AutomationDirect has added Murrelektronik Premium EtherCAT IO-Link master modules to their IO-Link product lineup. IO-Link masters provide standardized, point-to-point connections between smart devices and controllers. IO-Link functions similarly to traditional field I/O but adds the capability to collect diagnostic and operational data from IO-Link capable devices, helping pinpoint potential problems or improvements. Typical IO-Link systems consist of one IO-Link master (the interface between IO-Link and higher-level systems) and at least one IO-Link device.
