Phoenix Contact: Trio Power AC/DC Bidirectional Power Supply for Rack Mounting

The Trio Power AC/DC power module from Phoenix Contact with 20 kW of power for 19″ rack mounting enables bidirectional power conversion in various areas of application.

With connection technology on the front and a DC voltage of up to 1,000 V, it can be used in a variety of ways, but is particularly suitable for use in battery storage systems.

The power supply for rack mounting with 20 kW of power is used in various areas of application, such as energy storage systems, e-mobility, and DC technology. The connection technology directly on the front ensures flexible and easy mounting. The module can therefore be installed and maintained conveniently in 19″ racks without access to the rear, for example in energy storage units.

When used in battery storage systems, the Trio Power power module is used to provide the energy from the storage system and to buffer the energy in the storage system. With the bidirectional power conversion of the power module, it is possible to draw energy from the grid and feed it into the grid. Furthermore, the power module can be operated independently of the grid and can supply loads in locations without a grid connection, for example.
