Seifert Systems: Filter Fans For Enclosures

The 4000 Series filter fans from Seifert Systems feature a robust plastic-molded design with various AC and DC voltage options for power. The filter fans snap into place once a cutout is made in the enclosure. Mounting screws are available with EMC models or as an option.

The series includes 70 models ranging in physical sizes from 4.2x 4.2 x 2.6  to 12.8 x 12.8 x 6.3 inches (h x w x d) and air flow ranging from 7 to 483 cfm. Some models are for side mounting and some are designed to be roof mounted.

Filter media snaps in place and easily slides out for replacement. When used with a Seifert thermostat, 4000 Series filter fans can be turned on only when needed. Ingress protection is IP54 in the standard version and IP55. EMC protection as well as UL type 12 and UL type 3R models are available.

The 4000 Series of filter fans features shielded and self-lubricating ball bearing fans and permanent sealing gasket in polyurethane foam. Filter fan options include powder coated or FDA grade protection hoods.

Polycase has recently expanded the EK Series of DIN rail mount boxes to include 2 new sizes: the EK-52 and EK-54.
