Kooltronic Adds New E-commerce Feature Enabling Online Purchase of Parts and Filters

Kooltronic, Inc. of Pennington, NJ, has rolled out a new self-service e-commerce feature that offers customers the convenience of purchasing spare/replacement parts and filters directly from kooltronic.com. The new website enhancement also enables visitors to quickly find all available replacement parts and filters for a given Kooltronic product by simply entering the model number of that product.
Presently, Kooltronic maintains an inventory of over 75,000 spare and replacement parts across 5,800 products, including enclosure air conditioners, blowers, enclosure cooling fans, and heat exchangers.
“We are making it easier for customers to do business with us – how and when they want. With this initial e-commerce feature launch, Kooltronic customers can quickly find the part they need, add it to their cart, and securely checkout. A couple of days later, it arrives at their doorstep,” noted Wayne Ross, Technologies Manager. The new e-commerce feature launch is part of the Kooltronic customer-centric strategy to expand its digital communication and transactional capabilities.
Kooltronic’s new e-commerce addition is now available for customers to find and purchase Spare/Replacement Parts and Filters at kooltronic.com/spareparts, or from the product detail pages. Kooltronic plans to expand its online transactional capability to additional products throughout the year.
