EAO Showcasing Innovative Motion Control, HMI, and Thermal Management Solutions at Drives & Controls 2022

Human Machine Interface and motion control specialist EAO Ltd will be showcasing its latest EAO HMI switches, stepper motors, drivers and thermal management products on Stand No G102 at the Drives and Controls show from 5-7th April at the NEC in Birmingham.
Motors and Motion Control
EAO Ltd will feature the next generation Sanyo Denki hybrid stepper motors which offer up to 40% higher holding torque, 3dB(A) less noise and 2.4% higher efficiency than conventional motors along with a working demo of the PB Series closed loop stepper motor and driver. See a wide range of DC and AC stepper motor drivers and gearboxes from RTA. Visitors can discuss their motion control needs with our experts and find about our stepper motor customisation service that includes the fitting of encoders and brakes, the machining of special shafts and the addition of cable harnesses.
HMI Switches
Visitors to the stand will be able to see the latest HMI products including the new industry 4.0 enabled, IO-Link food grade capacitive pushbuttons, new illuminated symbol, anti-vandal metal bodied switches and the Series 45 range of metal or plastic bodied 22mm mount IP69K sealed industrial switches. EAO’s extensive Emergency Stop range is also on show with both low depth compact E-Stops and large rugged industrial metal E-Stops.
Thermal Management
The Sanyo Denki range of cooling products on show will include high performance AC and DC dual bearing axial and centrifugal fans including long life and waterproof versions. See the range of PWM fan speed controllers and the latest IoT enabled fan controller for remote monitoring of cooling sensors and fan speed and the portable dual chamber airflow and impedance testing system.
