Proserv design, manufacture, supply and install various types of wellhead control panels (WHCP) for the control, monitoring and safety of oil and gas production wells. All their systems are built in line with customer specifications and international standards.

Proserv specialise in single, multi, PLC-based, solar powered and self-contained WHCP which meet the highest standards of safety, performance and reliability. Their systems are suitable for use in remote areas, on offshore platforms and even in hostile environments.

As well as the fabrication of new-build systems, Proserv offer a complete range of after-market services to ensure the safety, reliability and integrity of client assets.

Types of WHCP

  •    –   Gas or air driven WHCP with gas/air/low pressure hydraulic logic
  •    –   Hydro electric (relay based) hybrid control panels
  •    –   State of the art, or compliant to interface client SAS


Design considerations

  •    –   Application: onshore (single well) / offshore (multi well)
  •    –   Installation: permanent/temporary (well test)
  •    –   Power available: solar, gas, air, electricity
  •    –   Hazardous area classification: zone 0, zone 1, zone 2 / zone unclassified
  •    –   Level of complexity: conventional, hybrid, state of the art
  •    –   Remote control requirements
  •    –   Emergency shut down (ESD) and process shut down requirements

The plug-in terminal strip 302-FBG is equipped with a solder pin and designed for the use on PCBs. Due to the small 8 mm pitch, this design is well suited for applications where space is limited. Cinch Connectivity Solutions Announces the Expansion of Johnson UMC to SMA Adapters (Between Series), Operating Up to 6 GHz

Cinch Connectivity Solutions recently announced their expansion of UMC to SMA Adapters. These adapters support conversion between UMC and the popular SMA interfaces, with both a Jack-Plug and Plug-Jack version. Cinch Connectivity Solutions’ Johnson series of UMC to SMA Adapters complement the UMC family offering of a PCB-mounted connector and more than 75 cable assemblies, available in low profile and ultra-low-profile mating heights of 2.5mm and 2.0mm, in standard fixed lengths between 50mm and 500mm.

Phoenix Contact introduces six new universal temperature transducers. These new additions to the MACX MCR family are loop-powered and have two channels. The new modules include two non-Ex and two Ex I versions in two different mounting formats: head-mount and DIN rail-mount.
