With its keynote theme of ”Industrial Transformation”, the world’s largest industrial exhibition aims to provide some orientation in turbulent times. In the process the exhibition sheds light on all the current issues in industry. The keynote theme describes the impact of the megatrends individualisation, climate protection and, above all, digitisation on industry.

In light of the current developments around Covid-19, Deutsche Messe AG in conjunction with the exhibitors of the Hannover Messe have taken the decision to host the world’s biggest industrial exhibition digitally this coming April.

myPNOZ – The new modular safety relay

Consistent with the keynote theme of ”Industrial Transformation”, the new safety relay myPNOZ is the focus of this year’s Hannover Messe. With the new ordering process via the online tool myPNOZ Creator, Pilz is offering customers the chance to assemble an individual safety relay that fits their application exactly. Successful combination of digitisation and Industrie 4.0.

On Wednesday 14.04.21 from 15:00 – 15:25 Pilz will be on livestream with “My Safety – From customers’ wishes to an individual safety solution”. Their experts will use their exhibition model as an example to illustrate the digital procurement process using the innovative myPNOZ Creator, along with tailor-made assembly in their production and fast, simple installation. Of course they will also be taking a look at the clever features of the modular safety relay, using an example application.

Flexibility to put machinery safety into practice

For efficient safeguarding of safety gates, Pilz will use its new additions to the modular safety gate system to demonstrate that safety and industrial security requirements can be implemented individually to suit the application.

Pilz will also be presenting its innovations for machinery safety: thanks to new modules, the configurable small controller PNOZmulti 2 offers more options for flexible implementation of applications in burner management and drive technology.
