Productivity PLCs Receive Marine Industry Certification

FACTS Engineering, the manufacturer of Productivity PLCs for AutomationDirect, has successfully received ABS (American Bureau of Shipping) certification for Productivity2000 and Productivity3000 PLCs.

The ABS approved Productivity2000 and Productivity3000 PLC components make it much easier for ship builders/integrators to have critical on-board systems approved as all the testing of the component has been done by the manufacturer and no further review of the hardware is required.

Banner Engineering: QM42 Differential Pressure Sensor

Banner has expanded the measurement range of its QM42-DPS Differential Pressure Sensor line to include +/- 20 inWC. In addition, the company now offers the sensor in the RS-485 modbus communication protocol for all measurement ranges.
