APEM Launches First Compact Emergency Stop Switch with an Integrated Connector

APEM E-stop Switch

 

The EC series emergency stop switch from APEM is currently the only E-stop on the market with a connector terminal. Available with solder lug terminal or a connector for easy fitting, the EC series emergency stop switch has a standard 22 mm diameter bushing.

Mounting is significantly easier and safer as the connection between the switch and the cable bundle is immediate. The limited under-panel depth and 22 mm diameter bushing makes it the ideal emergency stop switch for applications where compact design is required. This ergonomic emergency stop switch is vibration-resistant and ideally suited for use on material handling, automated guide vehicles (AGVs) and off-road vehicles.

The EC series is qualified to the latest international standards EN 60947-5-1 and EN 60947-5-5.

In this update of the EPLAN Data Portal, there are now a total of 496 manufacturers and more than 1,800,000 data sets that are available with the update on July 25, 2024. New manufacturer catalogs are available from iba AG with 5 new data sets for PLCs, JingQi (Tianjin) technology Co., Ltd. with 210 new data sets for PLCs, sensors, switches and pushbuttons, and Kriwan Industrie-Elektronik GmbH with 13 new data sets for general, measuring instruments and test devices.
